Common warm up exercises for swimmers

Arm Circles: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Extend your arms straight out to the sides, parallel to the ground. Begin making small circles with your arms, gradually increasing the size of the circles. After several rotations, reverse the direction. This exercise helps to warm up the shoulder joints and improve mobility.

Leg Swings: Find a wall or railing for support. Stand sideways with one hand on the wall for balance. Swing one leg forward and backward, keeping it straight, while maintaining a stable upper body. Complete 10 to 15 swings, then switch to the other leg. This exercise helps to loosen the hip joints, activate the leg muscles, and improve flexibility.
