Chair of Kellett Foundation
Duncan Abate is a former Governor of Kellett School. His 3 children all attended Kellett School, the youngest leaving in 2023. Duncan has been in Hong Kong for over 30 years. He is involved in several charitable organisations, most notably the Hong Kong Society for the Protection of Children for which he Chairs the management committee.

David chaired Kellett School’s Board of Governors from 2003 to 2017 and he and Sarah have three daughters, Gina, Susanna and Eliza, who attended Kellett School between 1998 and 2017. David is a lawyer and since ceasing full-time practice in 2020 has been based in the UK and his native New Zealand, continuing to visit Hong Kong regularly, being involved in a number of business and charitable ventures including the Kellett School Foundation in Hong Kong and a soon to be established Kellett School Foundation in the UK.

Peter has lived in Hong Kong for over twenty years and was himself bought up there before returning to work in banking in 2000. His three children were all born in Hong Kong and attended Kellett from Reception in Pok Fu Lam onwards. Peter was on the Kellett Board for eleven years, of which the last five years to 2021 he was Chairman. He is very happy to continue his association with Kellett through the Foundation’s work for the School and the wider community.

Nick Marsh is the Managing Director of Meraki Executive Search and Consulting, a human resource firm focussing on Executive Search and Professional Development, operating out of Hong Kong, Vietnam and India. It created the Women’s Directorship Program (WDP) in 2013, a board readiness program for top women executives, run as a joint venture with The University of Hong Kong Business School. Nick has two children at Kellett and is the member of the Governance Committee.
