Welcome to the Ticket Page. Please read info below before purchasing.

The Venue is fully sponsored by The Mira; Proceeds from Tickets will go to AMD Fund for Outreach and Bursaries. Your ticket includes:

A delightful welcome of canapés and drinks, followed by a delicious 3-course gourmet dinner (view menu here) and free flow red, white wine and soft drinks (till 11:15pm), all accompanied by exceptional entertainment throughout the evening.

1. Individual Ticket: HK$1900 per person 

  • Seat and table assignments will be random. We’ll try to group you with others from the same campus or year, but cannot guarantee it.

2. Table of 10 Ticket: HK$16,000 (HK$1600 per person; full table of 10 must be purchased)

  • Unsure of Guests' names now? - add as Guest 1, Guest 2, Guest 3, etc. We will collect names later through menu choices google form.

  • To add extra 1-2 guests, pls email eventslead@connect.kellettschool.com, subject to availability. 

  • Guests can be substituted - changes must be confirmed by Fri 9th May. Email eventslead@connect.kellettschool.com.                                                              

BUY CHAMPAGNE & SUPPORT OUR CAUSE: Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut NV - 75cl: HK$385 per bottle, 30% of proceeds will go to AMD Fund, supporting a meaningful cause with every sip. 

  • To elevate your evening, we're selling bottles of Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut NV at a special price, available to buy here and at the event. (kindly note, champagne is not included in the ticket/ sponsored free-flow package, which covers red & white wine and soft drinks).
  • Add champagne to your ticket order before checkout  - then collect at event upon arrival and skip the queues!

Terms & Conditions for Kellett Charity Ball Tickets:

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions stated below. 

1. Ticket Purchases

  • Ticket prices are listed in HKD. Tickets are available for individuals aged 18 and older. Any Kellett non-VIPs buying tickets before 19th March - tickets maybe revoked or cancelled after purchasing. 
  • This is a private event for the Kellett School community only - parents, staff, and school-affiliated stakeholders. To ensure it remains a community celebration, we may cancel or revoke tickets for those who don’t meet these criteria. We appreciate your understanding!
  • Once a ticket (whether for an Individual, Table of 10 or Bottle of Champagne) is purchased, it is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment. 
  • Table assignment and location will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, based on when your purchase is confirmed. When you arrive on the evening of the ball, you'll be greeted with your table number and its location.
  • Kellett Ball Committee’s decision is final, and table locations cannot be changed after they have been assigned. We appreciate your understanding.

2. Ticket Delivery

  • After Purchasing Your Ticket: an automated confirmation email will be sent to you with your ticket purchase details. Please save this confirmation (take a screenshot) and keep it on your phone, as it may be required for registration at the ball. 
  • Additionally, you will receive a Google Form to submit your own and your guests' menu selections. For menu details and to make your selections, please click here.
  • Tickets are valid only for the event date and time listed.

3. Event Cancellations, Changes, and Force Majeure

  • In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be entitled to a ticket for the rescheduled event. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will be honoured for the new date.
  • The event organizers – Kellett Ball Committee and The Mira Hong Kong are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events outside of our control, such as acts of God, government restrictions, or technical failures.

Access and Attendance

  • Admission & Behavior: ticket holders must comply with event rules and regulations. The Mira Hong Kong reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals from the event for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
  • Liability: by purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept that the event organizers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
  • Privacy & Marketing: Personal information will be used for event and school related communication and social media purposes. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection of your personal information, which will be used solely for event-related communication. The event organizers retain all rights to any photos, videos, or recordings taken during the event. Attendees consent to being filmed and photographed.
  • Event organizers reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to ticket holders.
